Mark Brennan has dedicated over 28 years to practicing family law on Maryland's Eastern Shore. He has extensive experience litigating and negotiating cases involving significant property distributions, monetary awards, complex business valuations, alimony- including indefinite alimony- and intricate custody disputes. Mr. Brennan's exceptional ability to diffuse personality conflicts, often inherent in family law cases, has contributed to the successful resolution of a substantial portion of his caseload through settlements.

Over nearly three decades, Mr. Brennan's commitment to achieving realistic outcomes has earned him a sterling reputation among judges, opposing counsel, and clients across the circuit courts of the Eastern Shore. For the past six years, Mr. Brennan has also served as both a private and court-appointed mediator in family law matters.

As a founding partner of Cockey, Brennan & Maloney, P.C., Mr. Brennan has played a pivotal role in the firm's growth. Originally established as a small practice, the firm now comprises five partners and four associates, with offices in Salisbury, MD and Ocean City, MD.
